Description

The colour is deep purple/red. The aromas are lifted and intense with mulberry fruit, some spicy French oak and roasted hazelnuts. The medium bodied palate has very bright, upfront plum, with hints of roasted meats and nutty complexity from the French oak. The palate is supple, full flavoured and balanced by clean acidity and chalky tannins. The wine finishes long with a mix of blackberry, choc mint and a fine line of tannin.
