There is green apple and zippy lemon with a seemingly fresh acid. There are overtones of jasmine, but everything is underpinned by clean minerality that speaks of the terroir. There is also a slight peppery quality that keeps things lively. It is a sensational food pairing and super-versatile. A dash of fine lees ageing makes it that bit richer and more complex. It will age fine but does not need to at all. Anyone who likes a crisp, dry white will find much to love!
