A rich flavoursome wine displaying classical regional characters of chocolate and mint, medium bodied with rich flavours and exceptional fruit intensity supported by a firm tannin structure and integrated oak. The Cabernet of choice to accompany succulent aged prime rib, barbequed over charcoal and garnished by red wine jus.
