A soft, vanilla-driven spiced rum from the Rum Co Of Fiji.
Distilled from locally-cut sugar cane, Bati rums are filtered through coconut shell carbon and then matured in oak vats (larger than barrels).
Aged two years, this is lightly spiced with vanilla up front.
The Bati series takes its name from Fijian warriors, a big touchstone for local culture and identity.
