Description

This wine was made from small select parcels of fruit grown on Linke’s family vineyard at Stonewell in the Barossa Valley.

Picked at optimum ripeness the grapes have produced a big, rich, juicy red, which is well balanced by soft lingering tannins.

A bright bouquet of liquorice, dark chocolate, forest berries and vanillin oak. The palate is rich, juicy and mouth-filling with flavours of blackberries, dark cherries and plums. Subtle spice, mocha and vanillin play a delicate part in the mix. A powerful and long finish to round of the wine.
