Description
The grapes used to craft Sophie’s Hill Pinot Grigio were fermented in old French oak barriques and subjected to partial malolactic fermentation. The resulting wine displays a pale copper hue, and exudes juicy aromas and flavours of pear, grapefruit, green apple and chamomile. These complex flavours are supported by a refreshing acid backbone, offering a soft and generous mouthfeel, and culminating in a delicate and captivating finish. This vibrant Pinot Grigio tastes wonderful with bruschetta, grilled fruits, hot chili prawns and Italian pasta salad.
