Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed under inert conditions, our Estate Chardonnay is gently settled overnight prior to barrrel fermentation - both wild and cultured. Partial MLF provides elegance, whilst regular lees stirring imparts substance to both the palate and nose. 10 months barrel maturation - barrique, botte, puncheon.
